Syndicatebleu, a specialty-recruiting firm for creative and marketing professionals, has an immediate full-time opportunity for an Associate Creative Director with one of our high-profile clients. From traditional advertising to large-scale events, to PRworthy, buzz-generating stunts, you will be responsible for developing powerful communications and immersive consumer experiences that enhance and define various clients’ brand visions.

Duties:

-Develop strategic creative solutions for assigned projects according to creative brief requirements

-Conceptualize and present the brand experience and integrated campaign in a compelling way both internally and externally to clients

-Write, edit, post and proof content and copy

-Thorough understanding of clients and competitors

-Resourcefully research, lead and facilitate brainstorms

-Direct and mentor junior team members

-Multi-task to meet many deadlines and brand needs

-Contribute to the development of the Creative Department’s culture and quality standards

-Educate other team members, not exclusive to the Creative Department

Requirements:

-6 to 10 years of professional experience, at least 4 in a senior capacity in areas such as: advertising, multimedia, marketing, broadcast, film or television

-Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia and the ability to execute high quality integrated communication campaigns against business objectives

-Bachelors degree, preferably in Advertising, Art, Communications or English

-Proven track record of award winning projects and career achievements

-Portfolio review required

-Profound industry experience and knowledge of latest technologies

-Has successfully directed/managed multidisciplinary creative teams

-Superior writing and communication skills with experience presenting to all levels of clients and co-workers

-Ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
